Adexy, Inc. ("Adexy," "we," "us," or "our") operates an interactive brand media platform. We currently partner with Reddit, utilizing Reddit's Devvit developer infrastructure to power brand experiences, and may work with additional platforms over time. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Engagement Data

When users interact with an Adexy-powered brand experience on Reddit, we collect anonymized interaction data — including session duration, completion rate, engagement depth, and in-experience actions. This data is aggregated and used to measure campaign performance. We do not attempt to re-identify individuals from this aggregated data, and we maintain technical safeguards to prevent re-identification.

Platform Inquiries

If you contact us to request early access, book a demo, or inquire about our Services, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, company name, and any other details you choose to share.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent. We use this data to improve our site and Services. Under applicable law, IP addresses may constitute personal data; we treat them accordingly.

Platform Partners & Devvit

Adexy currently builds interactive brand experiences in partnership with Reddit, using Reddit's Devvit developer platform. These experiences are subject to Reddit's own privacy practices and terms of service in addition to ours. We encourage you to review Reddit's Privacy Policy for more information.

Adexy does not receive personally identifiable user data through the Devvit platform. All interaction data we receive is anonymized and aggregated before transmission to our systems. As Adexy expands to additional platforms, this policy will be updated to reflect any new data practices.

Information Sharing

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Brand Clients. Aggregated, anonymized campaign performance data is shared with brand clients who commission our experiences. No personally identifiable information is included in these reports.
• Service Providers. We work with third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., analytics, hosting, scheduling tools). These vendors are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
• Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or valid legal process.
• Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

Adexy is based in the United States. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Reddit requires users to be at least 13 years old, and our Devvit-powered experiences are deployed within Reddit's platform, which is subject to Reddit's own age verification and children's privacy policies.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@adexy.ai.

Security
